Quando estava a guardar as fotos do meu telemóvel encontrei as fotos do Tomás com 3 meses com um macacão que eu fiz. Ainda não sei muito bem como é que consegui aranjar tempo para o fazer porque este foi feito depois dele nascer mas, a verdade é que o fiz.
O tecido foi comprado numa loja em Montmartre, penso que foi na Tissues Reine mas já não tenho a certeza absoluta porque já foi há uns 3 anos atrás. A maioria das pessoas pensa no Sacre Coeur quando ouve Montmartre eu penso em lojas de tecidos. Este tecido piscou-me o olho e veio comigo.
When I was saving the photos from my phone I found photos of Tomás wearing a jumpsuit I made myself. I don't really know how I found the time to sew them because these were made after he was born but, the truth is I did.
The fabric was bought in a store at Montmartre, I think it was Tissues Reine but I am not absolutely sure because it was 3 years ago. Most people think Sacre Coeur when they ear Montmartre I think fabric stores. This fabric was looking at me and came home with me.
Usei o molde 2459 da Simplicity, fiz algumas alterações como já é meu costume, adicionei molas entre pernas e elásticos nos tornozelos porque o modelo é muito largo nas pernas. E como o tecido tem pintinhas decidi usar molas azuis não só e entre-pernas mas também nas alças e nas laterais do peito.
I used Simplicity's pattern 2459 with just a few alterations as usual. I added snaps between the legs and elastic hems on the ankles ad the legs on this pattern are quite wide. As the fabric has dots all over I decided to use plastic blue snaps not only on the legs but also on the chest.
Estas molas são muito práticas são de plástico da Babyville Boutique e são muito fáceis de aplicar manualmente. Gosto de poder fazer tudo desde o início ao fim, inclusivé colocar as molas.
These snaps are great, they are plastic snaps from Babyville Boutique and they are super easy to use. I really like to be able to make everything from beginning to end even placing the snaps.
Ainda tenho algum tecido que sobrou deste projeto por isso, se conseguir arranjar tempo vou ver se faço alguma coisa gira com ele.
I still have some fabric that was left from this jumpsuit project so, if I manage to find the time I will try to make something cute with it.
